I have come across many challenges and unique scenarios that have enhanced my ability to solve problems regarding how users treat the web. With these learnings and the help from some renowned UX and behaviour science authors I have been able to focus on a style of working that both helps me achieve great UX and helps my clients convert users into customers. I have used these learnings across a wide variety of platforms from dashboards to e-commerce sites to help improve user intuition and engagement.
